Fish
(by David Loti & Tricia Osterberger)
There are many types of fish in the world today: red fish, blue, yellow fish, green fish, and some are even gray. The fish in the Atlantic only speak English, but the fish in the Pacific speak Chinese. Sometimes when I’m lying in my bed visions of sugarplum fish float through my head!
Fish are fun for everyone! Fish are fun for everyone! Make that fish face baby! It drives me crazy!
There are many things to do with fish! Catch ‘m, skin ‘em, fry ‘em, dye ‘em, put ‘em on a dish! Every Friday during lent you’re not suppose to eat meat! That’s why during lent fish are real great treats! The coolest type of fish is the porcupine. Every time I see one blow up I wish it were mine.
The encyclopedia says that fish live in the sea. But once I saw a movie where fish lived in the trees. Momma took me to the pet store, and there were many dogs mice, rats, birds, cows, snakes, geese, even frogs. But the one thing in the store that gave me thrills was a friendly yellow fish; his name was Gill. I said “Momma please buy him for me!” She said “Not today, but maybe later. We’ll see.”
